Program 2:
Mini Support program

If you are stuck or struggling in recovery and need some practical guidance and support, the mini support program is great for you! The program is set up to give you very tangible support in the form of a personal plan that I’ll make for you. The program is based on my tried and tested DKV® recovery method, allowing us to focus on behavioural changes, neural rewiring, and lots more, to ultimately work towards a life free of restriction and rules surrounding food and exercise! We can talk about anything, but we will absolutely cover: ​​

  • Weight restoration

  • Compulsions

  • OCD behaviors

  • Past trauma

  • Navigating meal-plans

  • CBT/DBT therapy

  • Lower level movement

  • Binge eating

  • Mental hunger/extreme hunger 

  • Creating healthy coping skills

  • Exposure therapy/challenge fearfoods 

  • And many more subjects!

We’ll work with my very tangible DVK® recovery method that has worked for over hundreds of clients each year. It’s about all the nitty gritty stuff that an eating disorder is about. It’s not just about increasing your intake. It’s about all those engrained rules, thoughts and behaviors that we’re going to rewire. If you follow my method and do the work: you’ll get towards full food freedom.

What does the program look like?

Prior to the program, we have a 30-minute intake-session, free of charge, so we can see if it’s a fit and get to know each other a little better. The program itself takes four weeks and consists of 1 call per week (regular phone calls, so not via FaceTime or Zoom). The first call will take 40-50 minutes, so we can get a clear picture of what you need and I’m able to write you a personal plan, based on my tried and tested DVK® recovery method. The other calls will be 30 minutes each. The program does not include WhatsApp support. ​The price of this program is €300 per month. The price includes VAT/btw.

You can extend this program to three months. I like to give everyone this 3-month benchmark, to rouse you and give you the chance to really stand up for yourself and prove to and for yourself what you are capable of right from the start. After those initial 3 months, we can always look at alternatives, like other programs, or explore the option of continuing this program if it suits your needs well.

Three requirements to work with me

  • Smash the scale! Weighing is not allowed. 

  • Keeping the exercise around a maximum of 30 minutes.

  • Commitment, honestly, transparency and no secrecy. It takes one to know one, so I'll see right through your eating disorder BS anyway.
