How Instagram can work for/with or against us
We all know social media can be detrimental for our mental health if you are scrolling through "not so helpful" accounts.
Instagram is a HUGE player in this part. I'd advise you to unfollow certain accounts which are not helpful for your recovery/health status and start following people who are actually super beneficial and supportive in whatever life situation you are currently in.
